Mobile Climbing Wall.At 30 feet high our Mobile Climbing Wall is the highest sold mobile climbing wall in the UK. The climbing wall will be run by fully trained climbing instrucotrs who hold their Climbing Wall Award (CWA) or Single Pitch Award (SPA). There will always be two or more staff with our activities at any one time. The climbing wall is a fun and exciting activity for anyone to try. It has six different climbing areas around the wall including two retracable overhangs and infinite climbing route combinations with a 1 'summit' platform. People of all ages and abilities can have a go on the climbing wall. As with all our activities if the particpant is under the age of 18 years then a parental consent must be filled in and if the participant is aged 8 and under then they must be accompanied by an adult. A flat surface with an 8x8 metre area is needed to allow the climbing wall to stand correctly. The wall itself is 5 metres long and towed by a Toyota. A site visit will always be done before the delivery. It will take around 45minutes from arriving onsite to the climbing wall being operational. Like other outdoor activities with the British Mountaineering Council (BMC) we have full insurance for the use of the mobile climbing wall. The BMC statement is: "The BMC recognises that Climbing, Hill-Walking or Mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions an involvement". (BMC)
